Fresh Finds And Buying

• A fresh game begins with a small buying budget and three vehicle finds.
• Each card shows its asking price, condition, estimated value, and auction outlook before you buy.
• Buying deducts the shown price and immediately brings a new find onto the board.
• If no card is affordable and you have no other way to earn, use the in-game local-tip option.

Purchases And Restore

In-app purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Neon Motor Yard does not receive or store payment card information.

• Non-consumable purchases, including premium market styles and the VIP Auction License, can be restored from the Packs tab.
• Consumable gem purchases are added after Apple confirms the transaction.
• If a non-consumable appears delayed, restart the app and use Restore Purchases.
• If a consumable Gem Pack appears delayed, restart so any unfinished transaction can resume. Consumables are not restored by Restore Purchases.

Rewarded Ads

Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only after the ad provider reports that the ad was completed.

• If an ad is unavailable, try again later. Availability varies by region, network, and account serving status.
• If you completed an ad without receiving the reward, include the reward type, approximate time, and build number in your email.
• Where required, use Ad Privacy Choices in Packs > Rewarded Bonuses to review or update consent selections.
• Use Google's AdChoices control on an ad to learn about or report that ad.

Daily Activity Fund And Apple Watch

Apple Health access is optional. If connected, the Daily Activity Fund uses current-day step count to add fictional, nonredeemable in-game Buying Funds. Steps and the resulting gameplay progress remain on the iPhone and paired Apple Watch; they are never sent to advertising, marketing, analytics, live-configuration, or purchase services.

• Players without an Apple Watch may use iPhone step count if permission is granted.
• You may deny or disable Apple Health permission and continue playing the full core game.
• The Watch companion is optional and supports quick market actions, game-state checks, and Daily Activity Fund progress.

Save Progress

Progress is stored locally. Normal app updates should preserve your save unless the app is deleted or you use Hard Reset.

• If progress appears missing after an update, do not delete the app. Restart first, then contact support with the build numbers you updated from and to.
• Garage contents, crew, unlocks, stats, purchase unlocks, and economy progress are expected to persist across updates.
