Neon Motor Yard Privacy Policy

Neon Motor Yard does not require account registration. Gameplay progress is stored on the device. Optional services such as in-app purchases, rewarded ads, Apple Health activity access, and live configuration are used only to support the game experience.

Gameplay Data

The app stores gameplay progress locally on the device. This may include in-game cash, inventory, upgrades, gems, market state, crew state, garage contents, settings, and purchase unlock state. This data is used to restore progress and operate game features.

Apple Health And Daily Activity

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Neon Motor Yard reads your current-day step count from iPhone or Apple Watch to calculate the optional Daily Activity Fund. Activity milestones add fictional, nonredeemable in-game Buying Funds. Step count and the resulting gameplay progress remain on your device and, when used, your paired Apple Watch. Neon Motor Yard does not send this information to the developer, advertising partners, analytics services, live configuration, or purchase services.

The app does not write Health data. Apple Health access is not required: you can decline or disable it and continue using the full core game. Health data is never used for advertising, marketing, ad targeting, purchase eligibility, or purchase rewards.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Neon Motor Yard does not receive or store payment card information. Apple retains purchase records under Apple's policies.

Rewarded Ads And Tracking

Neon Motor Yard may offer optional rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads. Rewarded ads are not required to play, and a gameplay reward is granted only after the ad provider reports completion. Google Mobile Ads may process ad-related information such as device identifiers, ad interactions, coarse location, diagnostics, and performance data according to Google's Privacy Policy.

Apple Health data is not shared with advertising partners. The app requests non-personalized ad treatment. Before Google Mobile Ads starts, iOS asks for optional App Tracking Transparency permission so ad partners may measure rewarded ads. You may decline this permission and continue using the full game. Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers and other ad-related data as described in Google's policy and your App Tracking Transparency choice.

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. A privacy choices control is available in the rewarded-ads area when Google indicates that users must be able to review or change those choices.

Live Configuration

The app may fetch a small market-bulletin configuration over HTTPS. It is used to tune market refresh timing and scheduled market events. Neon Motor Yard does not operate an account server.

Retention And Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on the device until you use the in-game Hard Reset control or delete the app. A cached live configuration may also remain until Hard Reset or app deletion. Because there is no account server, Ambient Studios cannot recover locally deleted game data.

Apple retains purchase records and Google retains ad-related data under their respective policies. Requests concerning data processed by Apple or Google should be directed to that provider.

Your Choices

You may decline Apple Health access or App Tracking Transparency permission and continue playing. Health and tracking permissions can be changed later in iOS Settings. Where available, ad privacy choices can be reviewed from Packs > Rewarded Bonuses. You can remove locally stored Daily Activity Fund and gameplay history by using Hard Reset or deleting the app.
